How should I store and prepare my Beefcake dog food?
The simplest way to make sure your all-natural dog food is safely stored – and that you always have some available – is to get into a routine of freezing and thawing.

Our mix arrives frozen. You can either put it in the freezer straight away or keep it in the refrigerator in its sealed packaging for up to seven days (this is why we deliver weekly). If you choose to freeze it, simply take out one portion a day ahead of time and let it gently thaw.

And there you are, fresh food ready to go with minimal effort.
Do you use any preservatives?
None at all. Our mix is purely fresh vegetables, quality meat, and some additional vitamins to ensure your dog has a completely balanced diet.

We’ve tailored it in coordination with the best scientific research available on the topic to create a complete diet that is precisely suited to a bulldog’s needs.

Don’t dogs just need meat? Why have you included vegetables and vitamins?
Of course, dogs do love meat – that's why we use delicious, fatty beef mince and rich beef liver in our recipe. But they need more than just meaty goodness. The vegetables and vitamins we include provide vital fiber, minerals, and carbohydrates that help improve your dog’s energy levels and overall health.
How much food comes in a Beefcakes delivery?
It depends on what portion size you have chosen in your subscription. For an average-sized bulldog of between 15 and 35 lbs, we normally recommend 2 lbs a day. However, every dog is unique, and if you’d like any further advice just reach out.
How often does Beefcakes deliver?
Because our food is all freshly made, we deliver every week on a day of your choosing, so that you and your four-legged friend have constant access to fresh, quality food.
